Our Multi-Finish Luxury Hang Tags layer three finishes on one face: hot foil for metallic accent, raised spot UV for gloss contrast, and blind deboss for depth — each in a different zone so no finish competes. Printed on 600 gsm black cotton board with a matte laminate, the foil catches light while the spot UV reads as wet gloss and the deboss shadows beneath.

We cap finishes at two per face for cost control, but this flagship intentionally runs three on a single side for brands whose tag is the hero of the unboxing. All tooling — foil plate, emboss die and UV screen — is made in-house and archived for re-orders at no repeat tooling fee.

Each tag ships poly-wrapped individually to protect the spot UV from scuffing in transit. Sample in 6–8 working days, bulk in 9–12 working days including all three toolings.

Oversized Swing Tickets are built for coats, leather jackets and denim lines where a standard 60×100 mm tag disappears. We duplex two 400 gsm boards to reach 800 gsm, then emboss your logo at 0.6 mm depth so it reads as raised relief across the full oversized face.

The emboss is registered to your vector art with a 2° bevel for clean edges, and the 5 mm drill hole is reinforced with a brass or Pantone-matched eyelet — a bare hole would tear at this weight and size during retail try-on. Standard dimensions 100×150 and 100×200 mm, custom shapes available up to 120×250 mm.

Because of the size, we ship oversized tags flat in rigid boxes to avoid creasing — allow 7–10 working days for bulk, including the emboss tooling.

Our Kraft Recycled Hang Tags carry your logo as a blind deboss — a raised impression with no ink — on 350 gsm recycled kraft board. The result reads as quietly confident and entirely eco-friendly: no print waste, no colour migration, and the whole tag drops into paper recycling with the garment bag.

The deboss runs at 0.4–0.6 mm depth with a 2° bevel so the logo catches light from the side without catching on fabric. We die-cut with rounded 3 mm corners and drill a 5 mm hole 8 mm from the edge for hemp or cotton cord attachment.

Because there is no printing, the lead time is among our shortest — 6–8 working days for bulk — and the unit cost sits below foil or spot-UV tags of the same size.

Black-Core Board Hang Tags use a 400 gsm triple-ply board whose black middle layer is exposed when die-cut, then edge-coloured in your brand Pantone for a finished look that no single-ply stock can match. The dyed edge means the tag stays on-brand even when viewed from the side — critical for folded retail displays.

We print both faces in CMYK with a matte lamination, then hot-foil a thin line or logo in silver or hologram for contrast against the black board. Edge colouring is applied by roller before final die-cutting, ensuring a full 0.4 mm colour band with no bleed onto the face.

Our Premium Cotton Paper Hang Tags combine the tactile warmth of 450 gsm FSC-certified cotton board with hot-stamped gold foil for a finish that photographs beautifully and feels expensive in hand. Each tag is die-cut to your dieline with 3 mm rounded corners and a reinforced 5 mm drill hole so the cord never tears out during try-on in store.

Foil is registered to ±0.1 mm against your vector artwork, so even thin 0.5 pt serif lines stay crisp. The cotton stock carries a natural tooth texture that catches light differently to glossy coated boards — ideal for brands whose identity sits between minimal and tactile.
