Oversized Swing Tickets are built for coats, leather jackets and denim lines where a standard 60×100 mm tag disappears. We duplex two 400 gsm boards to reach 800 gsm, then emboss your logo at 0.6 mm depth so it reads as raised relief across the full oversized face.
The emboss is registered to your vector art with a 2° bevel for clean edges, and the 5 mm drill hole is reinforced with a brass or Pantone-matched eyelet — a bare hole would tear at this weight and size during retail try-on. Standard dimensions 100×150 and 100×200 mm, custom shapes available up to 120×250 mm.

Because of the size, we ship oversized tags flat in rigid boxes to avoid creasing — allow 7–10 working days for bulk, including the emboss tooling.
